The device comprises a container (2), in which is arranged a housing (14) borne by an upper wall (5) of the container (2), suitable for storing a colour cartridge (8) to be refilled; the container (2) also comprises at least three tanks (20, 21, 22) containing the different colour inks; the three tanks (20, 21, 22) are substantially shaped as concentrical cylinders. More particularly, the outer tank (20) completely encompasses the intermediate tank (21), and both are arranged concentrically around the central tank (22). In the operating position, i.e. with the container (2) in the vertical position, the ink is contained in the bottom part of each of the tanks (20, 21, 22), in corresponding feeding compartments (26, 27, 28); each of the tanks (20, 21, 22) extends upwardly, i.e. in the direction of the upper wall (5), forming corresponding back-flow compartments (30, 31, 32), concentrical and disposed ring-like about the housing (14), each of which communicates freely with the corresponding feeding compartment below (26, 27, 28). The cartridge (8) is fed by three capillary elements (34, 35, 36) of a spongy material, inserted in corresponding cylindrical pipes (38, 39, 40), arranged vertically inside the container (2) and attached at the top to the bottom wall (15) of the housing (14). By inclining the container (2) laterally, or turning it upside down, the inks flow into the back-flow compartments (30, 31, 32), and no longer wet the capillary elements (34, 35, 36), so that the transfer of ink through these stops.
Le dispositif comprend un contenant (2), dans lequel est disposé un logement (14) porté par une paroi supérieure (5) du contenant (2) pouvant stocker une cartouche de couleur (8) à recharger ; le contenant (2) comprend également au moins trois réservoirs (20, 21, 22) contenant les encres de différentes couleurs ; les trois réservoirs (20, 21, 22) ont sensiblement la forme de cylindres concentriques. Plus particulièrement, le réservoir extérieur (20) enveloppe complètement le réservoir intermédiaire (21) et l'un et l'autre sont agencés de façon concentrique autour du réservoir central (22). Dans la position de fonctionnement, c'est-à-dire avec le contenant (2) en position verticale, l'encre est contenue dans la partie inférieure de chacun des réservoirs (20, 21, 22), dans des compartiments d'alimentation correspondants (26, 27, 28); chacun des réservoirs (20, 21, 22) s'étend vers le haut, c'est-à-dire dans le sens de la paroi supérieure (5), formant des compartiments de retour correspondants (30, 31, 32) concentriques et disposés en une forme annulaire autour du logement (14), chacun communiquant librement avec le compartiment d'alimentation correspondant situé au-dessous (26, 27, 28). La cartouche (8) est alimentée par trois éléments capillaires (34, 35, 36) en matière spongieuse, insérés dans des tubes cylindriques correspondants (38, 39, 40), agencés verticalement à l'intérieur du contenant (2) et fixés à la partie supérieure de la paroi inférieure (15) du logement (14). Par inclinaison du contenant (2) latéralement, ou par renversement de celui-ci, les encres s'écoulent jusque dans les compartiments de retour (30, 31, 32), et ils ne mouillent plus les éléments capillaires (34, 35, 36), de manière que cesse le transfert d'encre par ceux-ci.
