ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A culturing housing device for small plants comprises a plurality of stackable casing units. Each casing unit has an open top and at least one receiving structure on surfaces thereof for receiving small plants or potted plants. A bottom of each casing unit has a plurality of overflow tubes extending vertically upwards and downwards therefrom. Each casing unit is filled with growth media of high permeability and stacked together in a quasi-tenon and mortise way.
