The present invention relates to a hinged cap with a cap body having a raised portion with an outlet opening in its upper boundary wall, a lid hingedly connected to the cap body and a locking arrangement formed on the cap body and on the hinged lid, whereby at least the raised portion is comprised of an elastically deformable material. The hinged lid is positioned tightly against at least the lip of the outlet opening in the closed position of the lid, exerting pressure on raised section in the direction of closure. An elastically deformable element is also provided on the hinged connection between the lid and the cap body and generates a biasing between the cap body and the hinged lid in order to bias the hinged lid into its opened position.
