The present invention relates to a cell differentiation regulating agent containing a gene regulating differentiation from stem cells into natural killer cells as an effective ingredient, more precisely, a cell differentiation regulating agent containing a gene regulating differentiation from stem cells into premature natural killer cells as an effective ingredient and a screening method of the gene by taking advantage of SAGE. The gene of the present invention is a novel one that is confirmed not to be like any other known genes regulating differentiation from stem cells into natural killer cells. Though, the gene can be easily screened by SAGE and a natural killer cell differentiation-regulating agent containing the gene as an effective ingredient can be effectively used as an anticancer agent.
L'invention concerne un agent régulateur de différentiation cellulaire contenant un gène régulant la différentiation de cellules souches en cellules tueuses naturelles comme ingrédient efficace, plus précisément, un agent régulateur de différentiation cellulaire contenant un gène régulant la différentiation de cellules souches en cellules tueuses naturelles prématurées comme ingrédient efficace, ainsi qu'un procédé de criblage du gène tirant parti de SAGE. Le gène selon l'invention est nouveau et il n'a sans doute pas son pareil dans les gènes connus régulant la différentiation de cellules souches en cellules tueuses naturelles. Cependant, ce gène peut être aisément criblé par SAGE et un agent régulant la différentiation de cellules tueuses naturelles contenant le gène comme ingrédient efficace peut être utilisé avec efficacité comme agent anticancéreux.
