Adjustable tube-cleaning device (10) has a scraper sub-assembly (16) which includes a substantially annular sleeve (32) on a circumferential outer surface (30) of an elastic core (14) which, in tum, is mounted on a central shaft (12). The sleeve (32) contracts toward a pre-formed, non-loaded configuration in which it has a smaller internal diameter than a diameter of the outer surface of the elastic core. The scraper assembly further includes a plurality of scraping vanes (32) held by the sleeve to the elastic core and extending radially outwardly from the elastic core. Each of the scraping vanes has a scraping edge (54) directed radially away from the elastic core. The elastic core is substantially cylindrical and surrounds the central shaft between anchor (18) and adjustable compression member (26). The scraping vanes in one row of vanes can be placed on an angle relative to a plane perpendicular to an axis of the central shaft.
Cette invention se rapporte à un dispositif nettoie-tube réglable (10) comprenant un sous-ensemble racleur (16) qui comporte un manchon essentiellement annulaire (32) sur une surface périphérique externe (30) d'un noyau élastique (14) qui, à son tour, est monté sur un arbre central (12). Le manchon (32) se contracte pour occuper une configuration non chargée, préformée, dans laquelle il possède un diamètre interne inférieur au diamètre de la surface externe du noyau élastique. L'ensemble racleur comprend en outre plusieurs ailettes de raclage (32) maintenues par le manchon sur le noyau élastique et s'étendant radialement vers l'extérieur depuis ce noyau élastique. Chacune de ces ailettes de raclage présente une arête de raclage (54) orientée radialement dans le sens opposé au noyau élastique. Le noyau élastique est essentiellement cylindrique et entoure l'arbre central entre un élément d'ancrage (18) et un élément de compression réglable (26). Les ailettes de raclage d'une rangée d'ailettes peuvent être placées en position angulaire par rapport à un plan perpendiculaire à un axe de l'arbre central.
