Plastic tubes are disclosed, in particular those with a locking mechanism which consists of a locking cam (110) and a locking recess (30) for ensuring a reliable engagement of the cap of the tube with the tube. Also disclosed are plastic tubes with a sealing strip (300) designed on the cap (100) of the tube and which according to the invention has certain preferred embodiments.
