The human notch ligand protein may be used together with a growth factor. According to this culture method, the cell count or the frequency of human stem cells having an SRC (Scid Repopulating Cells) activity, human stem cells characterized by being CD34-positive CD38- negative differentiation antigen-negative, etc. can be amplified.

Elle concerne un milieu de culture contenant une protéine ligand notch humaine comme principe actif et un procédé de culture de cellules souches humaines. La protéine ligand notch humaine peut être utilisée, en même temps, avec un facteur de croissance.
