The process is aimed at providing a composition designed for the sustained and controlled release of medicamentous peptide substances, obtained in the form of microspheres of a biodegradable polymeric material incorporating said medicamentous substance. It consists in converting first a water soluble peptide or peptide salt into a water-insoluble peptide, respectively peptide salt. The following steps include preparing an organic-aqueous emulsion and then extracting the organic solvent in an excess of aqueous medium.
Procédé pour l'obtention d'une composition conçue pour la libération prolongée et contrôlée de substances peptidiques médicamenteuses, préparées sous forme de microsphères de matière polymérique biodégradable, dans lesquelles est incorporée ladite substance médicamenteuse. Le procédé consiste à convertir d'abord un peptide ou un sel de peptide hydrosolubles respectivement en un peptide et en un sel de peptide insolubles dans l'eau. Les prochaines étapes consistent à préparer une émulsion organique aqueuse, puis à extraire le solvant organique dans un milieu aqueux en excès.
