This device is intended to provide a means of securing a male plug attached to a electrical device power cord to a female receptacle attached to a power supply cord. By threading the electrical device cord between the hoop and body a positive means of securing the device cord is provided. This locking action will prevent the disconnection of the plug from the receptacle and relieve strain on the male prongs and prevent subsequent damage.
