ABSTRACT Object of this invention is to create a personnel, passenger, or freight carrier conveyance gravity override craft installed within which are certain gravity override propulsers. Certain energy input is converted into forward respectively upwards momentum. Unidirectional propulsive moments are obtained by keeping pairs of excentrically loaded contra-rotated capsulation cavity accellerator wheels, aligned and loaded most effectively whereby the excentric mass is a suitable liquid in recirculating cir- cuit, such liquid mass constantly being accelerated through appropriate segments of arc of preferably somewhat less than 180 ° ( onehundredandeighty degrees). This invention is distinguishable from other inventions of prior art of some similiarity in that this has at least seven element- ary differences and applied cooperative functions.
