The present invention relates to a therapeutic agent formulation in the form of a nano-emulsion, comprising a continuous aqueous phase and at least one dispersed oily phase, in which the oily phase comprises further to the therapeutic agent, at least one amphiphilic lipid and at least one solubilising lipid, and in which the aqueous phase comprises at least one polyalkoxylated cosurfactant. The invention also relates to a preparation method and use of this formulation.
La présente invention porte sur une formulation d'agent thérapeutique sous la forme d'une nanoémulsion, comprenant une phase aqueuse continue et au moins une phase huileuse dispersée, la phase huileuse comprenant en plus de l'agent thérapeutique, au moins un lipide amphiphile et au moins un lipide de solubilisation et la phase aqueuse comprenant au moins un co-tensioactif polyalcoxylé. L'invention porte également sur un procédé de préparation de cette formulation et sur l'utilisation de cette formulation.
