The present invention relates to a diaphragm actuator for control valves, wherein the gear rack is arranged so that the points of contact of the gear rack/gear wheel system are situated on the straight line connecting the centres of the movable walls of the pressure spaces effecting the movement. Thereby, no torsion forces act on the diaphragm backing plates or on the diaphragms, but the forces effecting the movement of the reciprocating elements are substantially parallel with the path of motion and symmetrical. Additionally, the clearance between the gear rack and the gear wheel is substantially eliminated by means of a support roll with bearings. According to the invention, a lightly movable actuator is provided, in which the delays caused by clearances or wall friction of the cylinder-piston arrangement are substantially eliminated. The actuator can be implemented either as double-acting or single-act- ing.
La présente invention concerne un actionneur à membranes pour des soupapes de commande, dans lequel un engrenage du type crémaillère est disposé de manière que les points de contacts du système d'engrenage de type crémaillère/roue d'engrenage soient situés en ligne droite afin de connecter les centres des parois mobiles des espaces de pression provoquant le mouvement. Ainsi aucune force de torsion n'agit sur la plaque d'appui de la membrane ou sur les membranes, mais les forces provoquant le mouvement des éléments à mouvement alternatif sont sensiblement parallèles au trajet de déplacement, et symétriques. En outre, le jeu entre l'engrenage de type crémaillère et la roue d'engrenage est sensiblement supprimé au moyen d'un rouleau support équipé de paliers. Selon l'invention, un actionneur légèrement mobile permet sensiblement de supprimer les retards causés par le jeu ou le frottement des parois de l'agencement piston/cylindre. L'actionneur peut être mis en oeuvre pour un actionnement simple ou pour un actionnement double.
