ABSTRACT In a supplementary door locking device for apartments or condominiums, it is known to prevent a locked door from being opened - from the outside - via the use of a stolen key or any key. The invention is attached to the inside of the door, against the door latch handle, restricting its movement as well as the movement of the internal bolt that the door latch handle is connected to - thus keeping the door locked. There are no tools needed to install this device; and when required, it can be quickly and easily put in place and removed by only the use of ones' hands.
