An inhalation apparatus (1) for dispensing a product comprises a housing (2) and an end cap (3) axially slidable relative to the housing. The housing comprises a portion adapted to receive a pressurized dispensing container and connected to a mouthpiece, and duct means communicating with the container receiving portion for conveyance of product towards the mouthpiece. The end cap comprises a socket for engaging the pressurised dispensing container. The end cap has a collar (10) with an inwardly directed rim (11). The housing including an outwardly directed flanges (5) which fits within said rim. The end cap is movable between a first position in which said rim and flange have an axial overlap and there is no or a minimal flow of air through the housing and a second position in which there is a maximum flow of air, the air flow being created by a user applying suction to the mouthpiece.
L'invention concerne un dispositif d'inhalation (1) destiné à libérer un produit. Ledit dispositif comporte un logement (2) et un bouchon (3) qui coulisse de manière axiale par rapport au logement. Le logement comporte, d'une part, une partie conçue pour loger un contenant pressurisé qui libère du produit et qui est reliée à un embout buccal et, d'autre part, un élément conduit qui communique avec la partie logeant le contenant dans le but d'acheminer le produit vers l'embout buccal. Le bouchon comporte une douille destinée à s'emboîter sur ledit contenant pressurisé. Le bouchon est doté d'un collier (10) présentant un bord replié (11) vers l'intérieur. Le logement comporte des collerettes (5) orientées vers l'extérieur et qui s'emboîtent sur ledit bord replié. On peut faire passer le bouchon d'une première position - dans laquelle lesdits bord replié et collerette se chevauchent de manière axiale et où il ne se produit pas de flux d'air, ou un flux minimal, dans le logement - à une seconde position dans laquelle il se produit un flux d'air maximal, le flux d'air étant créé par un utilisateur qui applique une succion sur l'embout buccal.
