A disposable glove includes an outer layer and one inner layer; two sheets of fibrous fabric of the inner layer are respectively bonded to two sheets of plastic film of the outer layer; a perimeter of the glove is then heat sealed using a hot press; and an opening to admit a hand of a user is disposed between two sheets of the inner layers; the plastic film of the outer layer keeps away water and humidity while the fibrous fabric of the inner layer provides comfortable hand touch and wicking effect for getting sweats away from the contacting surface between the glove and fingers thus to maintain the hand dry and clean and to improve work safety and efficiency.
