In a manifold, the valve pin has a sealing surface proximate its bottom end, which surface is engageable with a gate sealing surface to inhibit melt flow into the cavity. A first guidance and alignment structure is connected to the valve pin, and a second structure to the mould block upstream from the gate. Both structures include first and second guide surfaces of a diameter decreasing gradually in a downstream direction and first and second cylindrical alignment surfaces. The first guide surface is positioned immediately downstream from the first alignment surface, the second guide surface immediately upstreams from the second alignment surface. The second guide surface is positioned to complete alignment of the valve pin with the gate prior to contact between valve pin and gate. Further, it is positioned to engage the first alignment surface to maintain the valve pin in alignment with the gate during its movement towards the gate.
La présente invention concerne un distributeur dans lequel la goupille de soupape présente une surface d'étanchéification de goupille de soupape proche de son extrémité inférieure, ladite surface pouvant venir en contact avec une surface d'étanchéification d'entrée afin d'empêcher l'écoulement de matière fondue dans la cavité. Une première structure de guidage et d'alignement est reliée à la goupille de soupape et une seconde structure au bloc de moulage situé en amont de l'entrée. Les deux structures comprennent des première et seconde surfaces de guidage présentant un diamètre diminuant progressivement vers l'aval ainsi que des première et seconde surfaces d'alignement cylindriques. La première surface de guidage est positionnée immédiatement en aval de la première surface d'alignement, la seconde surface de guidage immédiatement en amont de la seconde surface d'alignement. La seconde surface de guidage est positionnée de manière à permettre l'alignement de la goupille de soupape avec l'entrée avant contact entre la goupille de soupape et l'entrée. Elle est également positionnée de manière à venir en contact avec la première surface d'alignement afin de maintenir la goupille de soupape alignée avec l'entrée lors de son déplacement vers l'entrée.
