A rock picker and material loader attachment is pivotally mounted to a loader scoop or bucket and extends longitudinally forward therefrom. A plurality of teeth form the leading surface of the attachment during digging and loading operations. Also adjacent the bucket and support bar is a laterally extending debris catcher. During picking and scraping operations, the debris catcher is perpendicular to the bottom of the bucket, extending up from the bottom and thereby acting as a block or retaining plate which assists in retaining debris in the bucket. Two longitudinal knees form a quarter-circle arc at or near the longitudinal position of the mounting between the attachment and the bucket. During loading from the inventive attachment to the bucket, the knees are used to pivot the attachment and allow material or debris to roll into the bucket. While the attachment is pivoting, the debris catcher assists by moving any debris near the edge of the bucket back and away therefrom. The attachment is useful for rocks, manure, trash, bales and other material. A variety of alternative component designs are disclosed, including a different tooth configuration more suitable for loading pallets, logs and the like and different styles of bucket to fit the type of material. Hydraulics are also disclosed to actuate the attachment as an alternative, further extending the versatility of the invention.
Cette invention concerne un accessoire de dépierrage et de chargement monté à pivot sur le devant du godet d'un chargeur. Une pluralité de dents forment la rive d'attaque de l'accessoire pour les travaux de creusage et de chargement. Également, à proximité du godet et de la barre support se trouve un ramasse-débris se prolongeant latéralement. Au cours des opérations de dépierrage et de décapage, le ramasse-débris est perpendiculaire au fond de godet et sert de bouclier ou de plaque de retenue empêchant les débris de ressortir du godet. Deux genouillères longitudinales forment un quart-de-cercle à proximité de la position longitudinale du point de montage de l'accessoire sur le godet ou directement à ce point. En cours de transfert de cet accessoire innovateur au godet, les genouillères servent à faire basculer l'accessoire de sorte que le matériau et les débris recueillis tombent dans le godet. En cours de pivotement de l'accessoire, le ramasse-débris aide à déplacer vers l'arrière les débris qui se trouvent à l'avant du godet. L'accessoire est utile pour le ramassage des pierres, du fumier, des déchets, des balles et autres matériaux. Le brevet présente plusieurs variantes au niveau des éléments constitutifs, notamment une denture mieux adaptée à la manutention de palettes, de grumes et autres objets analogues et différents types de godets adaptés au matériau à manutentionner. Un circuit de commande hydraulique est également proposé pour rehausser davantage la polyvalence de l'invention.
