The present invention relates to methods of treating malignancies and infections, methods of identifying patients suitable for treatments or for inclusion in clinical trials, and methods of producing antibodies for use in therapeutic applications. Generally, the present methods involve the use of antibodies that target activating receptors present on the surface of NK cells, and which at the same time interact with molecules present on the surface of malignant or infected target cells, thereby enhancing the therapeutic efficacy of the antibodies.

L'invention porte sur: des méthodes de traitement des malignités et infections, sur des méthodes d'identification de patients pouvant être soumis à des traitements ou à des essais cliniques, et sur des méthodes de production d'anticorps à des fins thérapeutiques. D'une manière générale, lesdites méthodes impliquent l'utilisation d'anticorps ciblant les récepteurs activateurs présents à la surface des cellules NK, et interagissent en même temps avec les molécules présentes à la surface des cellules malignes ou infectées de manière à renforcer l'efficacité thérapeutique des anticorps.
