A method for a binder-free manufacturing a nanostructured porous film, e.g. for use in solar cells, comprises the steps of: preparing a suspension of semi- conducting nanometer-sized particles in a volatile suspending agent (21), depositing the particle suspension on a conducting substrate, removing the suspending agent by evaporation (31), and compressing (P) the deposited particles for mechanical and electrical interconnection.
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication sans liant d'une couche poreuse à nanostructure destinée à être utilisée, par exemple dans des piles solaires. Ledit procédé consiste à : préparer une suspension de particules nanométriques semiconductrices dans un agent de suspension volatil (21), à déposer la suspension particulaire sur un substrat conducteur, à supprimer l'agent de suspension par évaporation (31), et à comprimer (P) les particules déposées pour assurer une interconnexion mécanique et électrique.
