A novel hygienic toothbrush freshener holder is a fold up device designed to install and uninstall instantly on smooth glass or other non-pervious surfaces. Deployment is achieved by unlocking securing clasp allowing case to open and lowering the front face by placing thumbnails in relief slots provided on front edge of device while holding the back face of the device in contact with the desired surface. The action of opening the device on the mirror causes a reinforced diaphragm attached to the rear face of the front being pulled away from the mirror face creating a strong vacuum to form between the diaphragm and the glass surface, holding the device securely in place. Once the device has opened to the perpendicular position the hinge-lock rod or (cam lock) engages the hinge-lock-slot or (cam lock). Uninstalling the device, the hinge- lock rod or (cam lock) is disengaged with finger pressure allowing the shelf to be folded into its original rectangular package. The shelf created during install provides slots through which toothbrush handles are placed and hanging pegs for rings, necklaces etc. Marketing and goodwill space is provided on the inner and outer area of the shelf as well as on the inner face of the shelf surface. Finishing colours and surfacing material is basically unlimited, and could be provided to suit Company colours.
