Compounds and methods for treating prostate cancer are provided. The inventive compounds include polypeptides containing at least a portion of a prostate tumor protein. Vaccines and pharmaceutical compositions for immunotherapy of prostate cancer comprising such polypeptides, or DNA molecules encoding such polypeptides, are also provided, together with DNA molecules for preparing the inventive polypeptides.

L'invention concerne des composés et procédés permettant de traiter le cancer de la prostate. Ces composés comportent des polypeptides qui contiennent au moins une partie d'une protéine de tumeur de la prostate. L'invention concerne également, d'une part, des vaccins et des compositions pharmaceutiques, permettant l'immunothérapie du cancer de la prostate, qui contiennent de tels polypeptides ou des molécules d'ADN codant ces polypeptides; et d'autre part des molécules d'ADN permettant de préparer les polypeptides de l'invention.
