Device for meat cutting apparatus comprising a feeding path (9, 10) for meat chunks to be cut, and a rotating cutting knife (6) in the feeding path (9, 10). A plate (11) for receiving the cup pieces of meat is resiliently biased to contact the cutting knife (6). During the rotation of the knife (6) cup pieces of meat are swept off from said knife towards the receiving plate (11).

Un plateau (11) destiné à recevoir les morceaux de viande coupés est sollicité par un ressort de sorte qu'il vienne en contact avec le couteau (6). Lors de la rotation du couteau (6), les morceaux de viande coupés sont décollés du couteau et dirigés vers le plateau (11).
