The present invention relates to a process for combining, without adhesive and by pressure marking, at least two plies (5, 6) based on cellulose wadding, characterized in that it consists in embossing, with an embossing pattern, at least a first ply (5) by passing between a first roll (2) and a roll (4) covered with rubber on the outside, then in combining at least a second ply (6) with said first ply (5) by making said plies (5, 6) pass between a first engraved steel roll (2) of axis CC and at least a first series of small externally smooth coaxial rolls (1) of axis XX', then between said first roll (2) and a second series of small externally smooth coaxial rolls (3) of axes YY', the CC, XX' and YY' axes being horizontal and parallel. The invention moreover covers the installation intended to implement said process.
La présente invention concerne un procédé d'association sans colle, par marquage par pression, d'au moins deux plis (5, 6) à base d'ouate de cellulose caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à gaufrer selon un motif de gaufrage au moins un premier pli (5) par passage entre un premier cylindre (2) et un cylindre (4) extérieurement recouvert d'un caoutchouc, puis à associer au moins un deuxième pli (6) avec ledit premier pli (5) en faisant passer lesdits plis (5, 6) entre un premier cylindre (2) en acier gravé d'axe CC et au moins une première série de petits cylindres (1) coaxiaux extérieurement lisses d'axe XX', puis entre ledit premier cylindre (2) et une deuxième série de petits cylindres (3) coaxiaux extérieurement lisses d'axes YY', les axes CC, XX' et YY' étant horizontaux et parallèles. L'invention couvre en outre l'installation destinée à mettre en AEuvre ledit procédé.
