The present invention is a device formed with many rectangular and elongated parts members, which a rounded part member formed with hole is mounted of each side onto the rectangular parts members, and which is engaged inside a squared part member formed with hole which is connected by means of a bolt and nut. A flat member having curved ends formed with holes is mounted of each side to squared part member, which a cylindrical member is engaged to each flat member by means of a rod passing through rings and openings of cylindrical member which is connected by means of a clip member.
