The present invention is directed to a spray gel base having an excellent spread-stick property, which is prepared by thickening a 0.2 - 1.5 % by weight aqueous solution of carboxyvinyl polymer with a water-soluble basic substance, followed by adjusting the viscosity thereof with a viscosity adjustor within the range of 500 - 5,000 centipoise so that the particle size distribution of spray after spraying is over 80 % in the area of 20 - 100 µm and to a spray gel preparation having an excellent spread-stick property, which is prepared by mixing an active medicament with said spray gel base.
Base pour gel à pulvériser, possédant d'excellentes propriétés d'étalement-adhérence; elle est préparée par épaississement d'une solution aqueuse de 0,2 à 1,5 % en poids de polymère carboxyvinylique avec une substance basique hydrosoluble, suivi de l'ajustement de la viscosité, à l'aide d'un dispositif d'ajustement, à l'intérieur d'une plage de 500 à 5000 centipoises, de telle façon que la distribution granulométrique du produit pulvérisé, après pulvérisation, se situe à plus de 80 % dans la zone de 20 - 100 microns, et finalement de l'obtention d'une préparation de gel à pulvériser avec d'excellentes propriétés d'étalement-adhérence, par mélange d'un médicament actif avec cette base.
