A food preparation device comprising: a body (112) defining a passage (114); and a mount or head portion (104) for holding a skewer (106) within the passage (114). The passage (114) has an opening (118) for receiving portions of food (116) such that when a skewer is held by the mount, portions of food entering the opening become impaled on the skewer within the passage. The device is provided with a cutter (120) to cut portions of food such as meat (119) for use in the device.

L'invention porte sur un dispositif de préparation d'aliment, comprenant : un corps (112) définissant un passage (114) ; et une partie de monture ou de tête (104) destinée à porter une brochette (106) à l'intérieur du passage (114).
