ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A replaceable stick blade is to be fitted with a reusable hollow ended shaft. The blade itself has a shaft fitting shank with a releasable interlock system comprising a blind ended recess in one side of the shank, a first threaded member held against rotation in the blind ended recess and a second threaded member movable radially of the shank between a shaft release and a shaft locking position by threading inwardly and outwardly of the first threaded member.
