A pipe system for transport of corrosive fluids, such as crude oil or natural gas, comprises a corrosion-prone tubular member (1) which is coated with an inner corrosion-resistant lining (3). The tubular member (1) and inner lining (3) provide a flat end in a plane (10, 11) orthogonal to a longitudinal axis (12) of the tubular member (1), which flat end is connected to a flat end of a threaded tubular coupling member (4) having a corrosion-resistant inner surface and screw thread (5). The corrosion-prone tubular member (1) coated with the corrosion-resistant lining (3) may be manufactured in long lengths and cut into a desired lengths whereupon each coupling member (4) may be welded to the flat end of said tubular member (1) and lining (3) in a single butt welding operation.
La présente invention a trait à un système de canalisation pour le transport de fluides corrosifs, tels que le pétrole brut ou le gaz naturel, comportant un organe tubulaire susceptible à la corrosion (1) revêtu d'une doublure interne résistante à la corrosion (3). L'organe tubulaire (1) et la doublure interne (3) présente une extrémité plate dans un plan (10, 11) orthogonal à l'axe longitudinal (12) de l'organe tubulaire (1), laquelle extrémité plate est reliée à une extrémité plate d'un organe de couplage tubulaire fileté (4) comprenant une surface interne résistante à la corrosion et un filet de vis (5). L'organe tubulaire susceptible à la corrosion (1) revêtu d'une doublure résistance à la corrosion (3) peut être fabriqué en grandes longueurs et découpé en longueurs souhaitées permettant le soudage de chaque organe de couplage (4) à l'extrémité plate dudit organe tubulaire (1) et de la doublure (3) en une seule opération de soudage en bout.
