Novel detergent hair-care compositions including a cosmetically acceptable medium containing a washing base and at least one cationic polymer, and further containing at least one water-soluble or water-dispersible silicon derivative with a silicon main chain onto which at least one anionic hydrocarbon grouping has been grafted. Said compositions have enhanced styling properties and may be used for cleaning, conditioning and styling hair.
