The invention relates to dye mixtures comprising at least one dye of formula (1) see fig. 1 wherein R1 is hydrogen, C1-C4alkyl or C1-C4alkoxy and R2 is hydrogen or C1-C4alkyl, together with at least one dye of formula (2) see fig. 2 wherein R3 is hydrogen, C1-C4alkyl or C1-C1alkoxy, R4 is hydrogen or C1-C4alkyl and R5 is C2-C6alkyl uninterrupted or interrupted by oxygen, with the proviso that R1 is not methyl when R2,R3 and R4 are hydrogen and R5 is ethyl. The dye mixtures are suitable for dyeing or printing natural or synthetic polyamide fibre materials, especially in combination with other dyes and especially from short liquors. The dye mixture is distinguished by generally good properties, especially good uptake and good solubility.
