This invention is designed similar to a U-shaped duct channel enabling prober air circulation to take place. The insulation is applied either before or offer the installation of said air ducts, depending on the circumstances. It is to be installed to the inside roof between each of the roof rafters or between the floor/ceiling beams over which the insulation is spread. These duct channels are designed to make sure that the airflow is not restricted by the insulation. The can be made of metal, plastic or cardboard etc. The dimensions are approximately 1" high, 14" wide and 18" long, but those sizes can varie. This Invention is designed to eliminate mistakes and take the guess work out of installations.
