The invention concerns a combination therapeutic product comprising a non- steroidal antiandrogen and an epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) for use simultaneously, sequentially or separately in the synergistic treatment or prophylaxis of prostate cancer. In particular, the product of the invention is effective in inhibiting the transformation of prostate cancer cells from a hormone-dependent state into a hormone- independent state. It is further expected that the product of the invention will have a beneficial effect in preventing the onset of prostate cancer in men genetically predisposed to the disease.

L'invention concerne un produit thérapeutique de combinaison, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un anti-androgène non-stéroïde et un inhibiteur de tyrosine kinase (TKI) récepteur du facteur de croissance épidermique ((EGFR), en vue d'être utilisé simultanément, séquentiellement ou séparément dans le traitement synergique ou la prophylaxie du cancer de la prostate. En particulier, le produit selon l'invention est efficace dans l'inhibition de la transformation des cellules du cancer de la prostate à partir d'un état dépendant d'une hormone en un état indépendant d'une hormone. Il est en outre escompté que le produit selon l'invention aura un effet positif dans la prévention de l'apparition du cancer de la prostate chez des hommes prédisposés génétiquement à cette maladie.
