The invention relates to a new process for preparing combination formulations of inhaled glucocorticoids and beta 2-agonists, e.g. budesonide in combination with formoterol. The process aims at minimizing adhesion of one or more of the ingredients to equipment surfaces by adding the ingredients to a container in a stepwise manner.

L'invention concerne un nouveau procédé permettant de préparer des formulations de combinaison de glucocorticoïdes et d'agonistes bêta 2 inhalés, par exemple, un budésonide en combinaison avec un formotérol. Ledit procédé consiste à réduire l'adhésion d'un ou de plusieurs ingrédients sur des surfaces d'équipement par adjonction progressive desdits ingrédients à un récipient.
