Disclosed is a window or a door comprising a leaf frame (5) for mounting a window pane (34) as well as an olive-shaped window knob or door knob (10) that is provided with a handle fixture (2) in which a handle (4) is pivotally mounted. The window knob or door knob (10) is also provided with a module housing (26) for accommodating a monitoring and alarm module (1) that is fitted with sensor devices (8, 14) and an evaluation unit (24). In order to be able to use handles that are commonly used in other windows or doors in a window or door of said type while obtaining an acceptable design, the module housing (26) is disposed in a sunk manner in a recess (30) of the leaf frame (5).

L'invention concerne une fenêtre ou une porte comprenant un châssis/encadrement de battant (5) servant à monter une vitre (34), et une olive de fenêtre/porte (10) qui comporte une ferrure de poignée (2) dans laquelle une poignée (4) est montée de manière pivotante, et qui comprend un logement de module (26) destiné à recevoir un module de surveillance et d'alarme (1) renfermant des dispositifs de détection (8, 14), et une unité d'évaluation (24).
