Provided, among other things, is a method of treating or ameliorating pulmonary infection in a cystic fibrosis patient comprising pulmonary administration of an effective amount of a liposomal/complexed antfinfective to the patient, wherein the (i) administrated amount is 50 % or less of the comparative free drug amount, or (ii) the dosing is once a day or less, or (iii) both.

La présente invention se rapporte, entre autres choses, à un procédé de traitement ou d'amélioration d'une infection pulmonaire chez un patient atteint de mucovisidose, qui consiste à administrer audit patient une quantité efficace d'un anti-infectieux dans un liposome/complexe, le procédé se caractérisant en ce que (i) la quantité administrée est inférieure ou égale à 50 % de la quantité de médicament libre comparable, ou en ce que (ii) la posologie est d'une administration par jour au maximum ou en ce que (iii) les deux modalités précédentes sont réunies.
