A process for making a high active granular detergent component or composition having a bulk density of at least 650 g/l which comprises the steps of: i) making a paste or liquid which comprises at least 40 % by weight of a surfactant selected from anionic and nonionic surfactants, ii) mixing said surfactant paste or liquid with a powder to form a mixture which may be in the form of either a paste of a cohesive powder; iii) forming granules by fine dispersion mixing or granulation of said mixture, optionally in the presence of an effective amount of one or more additional powders; wherein the powder used in step ii) comprises a free-flowing, premixed powder comprising from 0.5 % to 10 % by weight of a hydrophobic silica and from 75 % to 99.5 % by weight of a hygroscopic powder comprising a polymer.
Procédé de préparation d'une composition détergente en granules extrêmement active possédant une densité volumique de 650 g/l. Ledit procédé comprend les étapes suivantes: i) préparation d'une pâte ou d'un liquide comprenant au moins 40 % en poids d'un tensio-actif sélectionné à partir de tensio-actifs anioniques et non ioniques; ii) mélange de ladite pâte ou dudit liquide avec une poudre afin d'obtenir un mélange pouvant se présenter sous forme de pâte ou de poudre homogène; iii) préparation de granules par mélange à dispersion fine ou granulation dudit mélange éventuellement en présence d'une quantité d'une ou plusieurs poudres supplémentaires, la poudre utilisée dans l'étape ii) étant composée d'une poudre coulante, prémélangée comprenant de 0,5 % à 10 % en poids de dioxyde de silicium hydrophobe et de 75 % à 99,5 % en poids de poudre hygroscopique comprenant un polymère.
