An input signal converting means (1,2,3, 10) is provided that converts an input signal into a recording signal through modulation carried out at a timing corresponding to a predetermined number of tracks per one section of a signal. Recording means (7,8,10) that record the recording signal on a recording tape (.alpha.) by turning a head cylinder (8) at a rotational speed lower than that of the head cylinder (8) corresponding to the modulation timing, is also provided.

L'invention concerne un système de conversion de signaux d'entrée (1,2,3,10) qui convertit des signaux d'entrée en signaux d'enregistrement par modulation effectuée selon une synchronisation correspondant à un nombre prédéterminé de pistes par section de signal. Un système d'enregistrement (7,8,10) enregistre les signaux d'enregistrement sur une bande magnétique ( alpha ), par rotation d'une tête cylindrique (8) selon une vitesse de rotation inférieure à celle de la tête du cylindre (8) correspondant à la synchronisation de la modulation.
