The invention relates to a method and installation (1) for harvesting shellfish that have been caught on a sheet-like substrate (6), such as a net. The substrate is fed in a longitudinal direction past harvesting members (19) that free shellfish clinging to the substrate from the substrate. The method and installation according to the invention provide for tensioning of the substrate at the harvesting members in the transverse direction of the substrate. The method and installation according to the invention furthermore provide for driving of the substrate at the harvesting members, at the bottom and the top, by means of transport means (20) in order to ensure a uniform feed past the transport members.
Cette invention se rapporte à un procédé et à une installation (1) servant à recueillir des crustacés pris dans un substrat à mailles (6), tel qu'un filet. Le substrat est amené à avancer dans une direction longitudinale jusqu'à des éléments collecteurs (19) qui libèrent du substrat les crustacés accrochés. Ce procédé et cette installation fonctionnent en tendant le substrat au niveau des éléments collecteurs dans la direction transversale du substrat. Ce procédé et cette installation assurent en outre l'entraînement du substrat jusqu'aux éléments collecteurs, au niveau de sa partie inférieure et de sa partie supérieure, au moyen d'organes de transport (20), qui permettent un mouvement d'avance uniforme jusqu'aux éléments connecteurs.
