The invention relates to a device for contactless testing of structural and/or surface defects of large-surface bodies, especially of slab-shaped materials (referred to in the following as "test bodies"). Said device comprises a conveyor device (1) for the test body (2) which is provided with a stationary zone (3) which is support-free in relation to the test body (2) to be conveyed. The device is further provided with a source of heat (4) that is arranged stationary above the plane of conveyance, extends transversally in relation to the direction of conveyance (F) and radiates the heat in lines or strips onto the plane of conveyance. A thermographic camera (5, 6) is also provided that has at least one camera line which is aligned transversally to the direction of conveyance (F). Said thermographic camera is arranged after the source of heat (4) in the direction of conveyance (F). It is provided above the plane of conveyance as a stationary unit and is directed to the plane of conveyance. Said thermographic camera (5, 6) is connected to a computer (7) which has a monitor (8) and which generates a separate heat image pattern from every camera line.
L'invention concerne un dispositif pour détecter sans contact des défauts de structure et/ou de surface de corps de grandes surfaces, notamment de matériaux sous forme de plaques (dénommés ci-après <=élément à contrôler>=). Ce dispositif comprend une unité de transport (1) pour l'élément à contrôler (2), comportant une zone fixe (3), sans soutien par rapport à l'élément (2) à transporter; une source de chaleur (4) placée de manière fixe au-dessus du plan de transport, s'étendant transversalement au sens de transport (F) et émettant de la chaleur sous forme de lignes ou de bandes sur le plan de transport; une caméra de thermographie (5, 6) placée en aval de la source de chaleur (4) dans le sens de transport (F), montée de manière fixe au-dessus du plan de transport, orientée sur le plan de transport et présentant au moins une ligne de balayage transversale au sens de transport (F); un calculateur (7) raccordé à la caméra de thermographie (5, 6) et comprenant un moniteur (8), ledit calculateur formant un motif d'image thermique séparé à partir de chaque ligne de balayage.
