The invention relates to a machine tool (2, 2a) that is protected against a control error, comprising a control and/or regulation unit for controlling machine functions, preferably machine axes, in addition to means for reading machine control parameters for the control and/or regulation device from a data carrier or electronic carrier signal (3). Said machine tool also comprises a control error protection module, preferably a control error protection software module, which decrypts the machine control parameters that are destined for the machine tool (2, 2a) and have been encrypted using an asymmetric encryption method, with the aid of an encryption key that is assigned to the machine tool (2, 2a) and provided for the purpose, said decryption taking place with the aid of a decryption key that is likewise assigned to the machine tool (2, 2a), is provided for the purpose and is different from the encryption key. Said module only releases the machine control parameters for the control of the machine tool (2, 2a) if the decryption process has been successful. The invention also relates to a corresponding method for preventing a control error of the machine tool using machine control parameters and to a corresponding data carrier or carrier signal, in addition to a method, system and programme for creating the same.
L'invention concerne une machine-outil (2, 2a) protégée d'une éventuelle erreur de commande et équipée d'un dispositif de commande et/ou de régulation pour commander des fonctions de la machine, de préférence des axes de la machine, ainsi que d'un dispositif pour lire les paramètres de commande de la machine pour le dispositif de commande et/ou de régulation à partir d'un support de données ou d'un signal porteur électronique (3). Cette machine-outil comprend un module de protection contre les erreurs de commande, de préférence un module logiciel de protection contre les erreurs de commande, qui déchiffre les paramètres de commande de la machine-outil (2, 2a) codés par un procédé de codage asymétrique au moyen d'une clé de codage affectée à la machine-outil (2, 2a), ce décodage étant réalisé au moyen d'une clé de décodage également affectée à la machine-outil (2, 2a) et différente de la clé de codage. Ce module ne valide les paramètres de commande de la machine-outil (2, 2a) que lorsqu'ils ont été correctement décodés. La présente invention porte également sur un procédé correspondant pour éviter une erreur de commande de la machine-outil par les paramètres de commande de la machine, sur un support de données correspondant ou sur un signal porteur correspondant, ainsi que sur un procédé, un système et un programme pour les réaliser.
