This invention provides a solid preparation without enteric coating which contains an acid labile active ingredient, particularly, a benzimidazole compound having an antiulcer action, and can neutralize the acid in stomach quickly, and exerts quickly the pharmacological effect of the active ingredient and suppresses the generation of a carbon dioxide gas as much as possible. A gastric disintegrable solid preparation contains an acid labile active ingredient, particularly, a benzimidazole compound, and at least one component selected from metal oxides and metal hydroxides. The preparation does not enteric-coated, but has a disintegration time of 7 minutes or less.

L'invention concerne une préparation solide sans enrobage entérique, qui contient un principe actif labile en milieu acide, en particulier un composé benzimidazole présentant une action anti-ulcéreuse, capable de neutraliser rapidement l'acide dans l'estomac, permettant un effet pharmacologique rapide du principe actif, et empêchant dans la mesure du possible la formation de gaz de dioxyde de carbone. L'invention concerne également une préparation solide se désagrégeant dans l'estomac, contenant un principe actif labile en milieu acide, en particulier un composé benzimidazole et au moins un composant choisi dans les oxydes métalliques et les hydroxydes métalliques. Cette préparation ne comporte pas d'enrobage entérique, mais présente un temps de désagrégation égal ou inférieur à 7 minutes.
