The flowability of crystalline sucralose can be increased by treating the crystalline material in a fluidised bed at ambient temperature with additions of water, followed by a fluidised drying phase. Fluidisation by means of an upward current of air at 25°C - 35°C and added water at 20% - 50% by weight, e.g. 25% - 40%, is preferred.

Il est possible d'accroître la fluidité du sucralose cristallin en traitant la matière cristalline dans un lit fluidisé, à température ambiante, au moyen d'additions d'eau, puis en procédant à une opération de séchage de la matière fluidisée. On préfère une fluidification effectuée au moyen d'un courant d'air ascendant se situant à une température de 25 à 35 DEG C, et d'une quantité d'eau ajoutée représentant 20 à 50 % en poids du mélange.
