This invention concerns a system consisting of a number of membrane modules (1- 8), each of which comprises one or a bundle of several membrane tubes, the walls of which have the function of separting membranes. The system further consists of a tube-shaped module housing for positioning the membrane tubes. Each membrane module (1-8) has a connecting flange (20, 21) for feeding and evacuating the retentate, and four additional laterally arranged connecting flanges (22, 25) for evacuation of the permeate. These connecting flanges (22, 25) keep the self-supporting membrane modules (1-8) in their group.
L'invention concerne un certain nombre de modules membranaires (1 à 8), chacun étant constitué d'une ou de plusieurs membranes tubulaires assemblées en faisceau à l'intérieur d'un carter tubulaire et dont les parois ont la fonction de membranes de séparation. Chaque module membranaire (1 à 8) présente respectivement une bride de raccordement (20,21) pour l'admission et l'évacuation du rétentat ainsi que quatre autres brides de raccordement (22 à 25) disposées latéralement pour l'évacuation du perméat. Ces brides de raccordement (22 à 25) maintiennent les modules membranaires (1 à 8) en un groupe autoportant.
