A device and a method for continuous and adjustable dosage of fluids at low pressure. The invention is self-cleaning and low tech. It consists of a tapering dosage unit in which a filling, which allows fluids to pass in the longitudinal direction of the dosage unit, is inserted. At the outlet end of the dosage unit, a venturi tube is located which clamps the filling and thereby create a nozzle opening that fits the fluids viscosity and the pressure for a given desired dosage. When the dosage unit clogs, a flushing can be obtained by either increasing the pressure of the fluid and thereby forcing a flexible dosage unit to increase the sectional area and allow cleaning or in the same way through a mechanical opening of the dosage unit.
L'invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé permettant le dosage continu et modulable de fluides à basse pression. Ce dispositif est autonettoyant et technologiquement simple. Il se compose d'une unité de dosage conique dans laquelle est insérée une garniture qui autorise le passage des fluides dans la direction longitudinale de l'unité de dosage. A l'extrémité de sortie de l'unité de dosage se trouve un tube de venturi qui retient la garniture, formant ainsi une ouverture d'injecteur qui correspond à la viscosité et à la pression du fluide pour un dosage donné. Lorsque l'unité de dosage se bouche, un rinçage peut être effectué soit par augmentation de la pression du fluide, forçant ainsi l'unité de dosage flexible à augmenter sa section transversale pour permettre le nettoyage, soit par ouverture mécanique de l'unité de dosage.
