The invention concerns cosmetic agents with condensates of plant and animal decomposition products, which can be used in cosmetic body care and cleansing preparations and which, in addition to the emulsifying effect, have essential skin-care properties. The object of the invention is to prepare cosmetic products from plant and animal starting materials, said products having substantial portions of original biological structures but being modified to such an extent that they are cosmetically acceptable owing to their neutral smell and pale colour. According to the invention, the cosmetic agent is a product of a direct and mild (20 to 55 °C; pH 7.5 to 8.5) decomposition of a biological starting material in an aqueous medium, subsequent condensation with a sub- stoechiometric amount of a C10 to C20 fatty acid halide or mixture and optionally subsequent etherification or esterification of the condensation product. The starting materials can be yeasts, yeast fractions, pulses, pulse fractions, pectins, pectin-containing masses, algae, algae fractions, animal milk, animal milk fractions and their mixtures, and contain helical natural substance components, enzyme structures and vitamin structures.
L'invention concerne des produits cosmétiques contenant des condensés de produits de décomposition d'origine végétale et animale pouvant être utilisés dans des préparations cosmétiques pour les soins et la toilette du corps et possèdent essentiellement, outre un effet émulsifiant, des propriétés pour les soins de la peau. L'invention vise à préparer des produits cosmétiques à partir de matériaux de base d'origine végétale et animale, qui contiennent une part importante de structures biologiques d'origine, mais sont modifiés de telle façon qu'ils sont acceptables sur le plan cosmétique grâce à leur odeur neutre et leur teinte claire. Le produit cosmétique selon l'invention est un produit issu d'une décomposition directe et douce (20 à 55 DEG C, pH 7, 5 à 8,5) d'un matériau de base biologique dans un milieu aqueux, puis d'une condensation avec une quantité sous-stoechiométrique d'un halogénure d'acide gras C10-C20 ou d'un mélange de ce composé, et le cas échéant d'une éthérification ou estérification du produit de condensation. Les matériaux de base peuvent être des levures, des fractions de levures, des légumineuses, des fractions de légumineuses, des pectines, des matières contenant des pectines, des algues, des fractions d'algues, du lait d'origine animale, des fractions de lait d'origine animale et leurs mélanges. Ces matériaux de base contiennent des constituants de matières naturelles hélicoïdaux, des structures d'enzymes et de vitamines.
