The prefilled syringe is intended for medical use and has a syringe barrel (1) and a syringe piston (3) inside it actuated by a piston rod (2). At the end of the syringe barrel (1) adjacent to the cannula there is an axially mounted cannula attachment (4) retained in the seat, and gripping the end of the syringe barrel (1) adjacent to the cannula. In addition a plug (5) coaxial with the cannula attachment is inserted in the syringe barrel, having a collar (5.1) with its front side against the syringe barrel (1) and the other side against a circular shoulder of the cannula attachment (4) and a through-hole (6) along its axis. Inside the through-hole (6) is placed an elastic membrane which closes it off, and opposite to which at a short distance is at least one spike (9) with its tip pointing to the membrane (7). On the side of the membrane facing away from the spike (9) there is a filter plate (14) placed in the through-hole (6).

L'invention porte sur une seringue préremplie pour usage médical qui comporte un corps (1) à l'intérieur duquel un piston (3) est activé par une tige (2).
