The invention relates to a method for dispatching flat flexible products, especially printing products (9), stored in a stack. According to said method, a suctioning element (2) is used to fold the front edge section (31) of each individual product in a downward direction away from the underside of the stack of products (8), whereupon said individual products are dispatched by a gripper (3) which grasps the front edge section thereof. The direction in which the gripper (3) moves in the underside region of the stack (8) of the products extends essentially from the front edge section to the rear edge section of the products (9) located in the stack. Once each individual product (9) has been folded by the suctioning element (2), the suctioning element (2) is used to transfer said products directly to a gripper (3), whereby each individual product (9) is continuously maintained by the suctioning element (2) or the gripper (3) during the folding operation and dispatching occurs immediately thereafter. The stack of products rests with some portions of its underside on at least one rotating supporting disk which has at least one release cutout, a product being bent away when the leading edge region comes to lie in the region of the release cutout. The invention also relates to a device for implementing said method.
L'invention concerne un procédé pour enlever des produits souples, plats, stockés sous forme de piles, notamment des produits d'imprimerie (9). Selon ce procédé, un organe d'aspiration (2) plie chaque produit individuel vers le bas dans sa zone de bordure avant (31), en le séparant du côté inférieur de la pile de produits (8), puis un élément de préhension (3) enlève le produit en saisissant la zone de bordure avant (31) de ce dernier. La direction de déplacement de l'élément de préhension (3) au niveau du côté inférieur de la pile de produits (8) s'étend pratiquement de la zone de bordure avant vers la zone de bordure arrière des produits (9) se trouvant dans la pile. Un fois plié au moyen de l'organe d'aspiration (2), chaque produit individuel (9) est transmis directement par ce dernier à un élément de préhension (3), de façon à être maintenu en permanence soit par l'organe d'aspiration (2) soit par l'élément de préhension (3), pendant le pliage et pendant l'enlèvement directement consécutif. L'invention concerne en outre un dispositif pour mettre en oeuvre ledit procédé.
