Use of a combination of two vitamin compounds, i.e. riboflavin (also known as vitamin B2) and nicotinic acid (also referred to as niacin) or, as an alternative thereto, the corresponding amine, i.e. niacinamide or nicotinamide (also known as vitamin PP) for the treatment of various forms of primary headache, such as classical migraine with an aura, common migraine or migraine without an aura, complicated migraine and cluster headache or histamine headache. The invention also concerns compositions for the treatment of primary headaches which are base on the two aforesaid active ingredients.
L'invention concerne l'utilisation d'une combinaison de deux composés de vitamine, notamment la riboflavine (également appelée vitamine B2) et l'acide nicotinique (également appelé niacine) ou, dans une variante, l'amide correspondant, notamment le niacinamide ou le nicotinamide (également appelés vitamines PP) pour traiter différentes formes de céphalées primaires, telles qu'une migraine classique ou une migraine avec aura, une migraine commune ou une migraine sans aura, une migraine compliquée et une céphalée vasculaire de Horton ou une céphalée histaminique. L'invention concerne également des compositions à base des deux ingrédients actifs cités ci-dessus pour traiter des céphalées primaires.
