ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The invention concerns triheteroarylmethanes of general formula (I), where R stands for a cyano or CH3 group, a fluorine, chlorine or bromine atom, an alkoxyimino residue -CH = N-OR' or an acide amide residue -C(O)NR'R", where R' and R" independently stand for a straight or branched-chain hydrocarbon residue with 1 to 6 carbon atoms, Q stands for a methine group = CH- or a nitrogen atom, X stands for a sulphur atom or an oxygen atom and Y and Z indenpedently stand for a methine group = CH- or a nitrogen atom. The invention also concerns a method for preparing them. The new compounds are inhibitors of estrogen biosynthesis (aromatase inhibitors) and can be used to manufacture drugs. They can be used to treat estrogen-induced or estrogen-dependent diseases.
