Disclosed is a bandage (1) for closing a wound or incision, and methods for the use of same. The bandage comprises a first flat flexible component (5) having adhesive on a lower surface and a plurality of first elongated connectors extending from one edge thereof in a first direction. The bandage further comprises a second flat flexible component (25) having adhesive on a lower surface and one or more second elongated connectors (35) extending from one edge thereof in a second direction generally opposite to the first direction. Pulling elements (40) are provided for attaching the first elongated connectors to the second flat flexible component (25) and the second elongated connectors (35) to the first flat flexible component (5).
L'invention se rapporte à un pansement conçu pour la fermeture de plaies ou d'incisions, ainsi qu'à des procédés d'utilisation dudit pansement. Ce pansement comporte un premier composant souple et plat présentant un adhésif sur une surface inférieure et une pluralité de premières pièces de raccordement oblongues en saillie à partir d'un bord dudit pansement selon une première orientation. Ce pansement comporte par ailleurs un second composant souple et plat présentant un adhésif sur une face inférieure et une ou plusieurs pièces de raccordement oblongues en saillie à partir d'un bord dudit pansement selon une seconde orientation généralement opposée à la première direction. Des éléments d'arrachage sont assemblés aux premières et secondes pièces oblongues. Des organes sont prévus pour la fixation des premières pièces de raccordement oblongues au second composant souple et plat et des secondes pièces de raccordement oblongues au premier composant souple et plat.
